KEY COLLECTION Keys are collected off-site at a designated location. Key collection is available no earlier than 15 mins before your check-in time unless otherwise arranged. STARTER SUPPLIES For your convenience, we provide a limited supply of essentials such as conditioner/shampoo, toilet paper, coffee, tea and bath towels to get you started. These are not replenished during your stay, so guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed. SAME DAY BOOKINGS We may not be able to guarantee a 3pm check-in for same-day bookings due to necessary housekeeping arrangements. No refunds will be provided for delayed check-ins resulting from same-day bookings. EARLY CHECK-IN Standard check-in time is 3pm. If you require earlier access, we recommend booking the night before to secure availability. If an early check-in request is approved, it will be confirmed only on the day of arrival and remains subject to cleaning schedules. Refunds cannot be issued for early check-in requests that cannot be accommodated. LATE CHECK-OUT Standard check-out time is strictly 10am. Requests for late check-out are subject to availability depending on house-keepings' daily schedule and can only be agreed to in writing. Guests who stay beyond the standard check-out time without written confirmation will be subject to additional charges at $50 per hour. LISTING DISCLOSURE By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the listing details, house rules, and policies. Refunds will not be provided for matters explicitly disclosed in the listing or for personal expectations that differ from the information provided at the time of booking.
